All human beings crave the approval of those whom they come in contact with. Do you like being nothing more than a revenue stream to a company? If you're here, it safe to assume you're looking for a companion.  

A lot of small business owners come into service based industries with the myth of "Being the boss means doing it MY way. ” not realizing the only way to truly serve, in my opinion,  is to do so with humility and appreciation of those you service. To empathize and listen to the individual is the goal so I provide the best result to match expectations.

If a company is basing your fulfilment off the old adage ”Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”, what they fail to realize is, that’s an assumption that other people would like to be treated the way that you would like to be treated. I find that to be particularly self-serving, lacking in empathy, and defeats the purpose of the promise I make you. 

Your satisfaction IS and forever will be the #1 priority and guaranteed with my company.  If necessary, I will make it my duty to revisit your property between scheduled visits free of charge until your expectations are met or your lawn service is FREE for that week.
